How does it work?
Every corporate event we run is bespoke. But we make various recommendations on how to get the best out of each day. The choice of cars and length of route depends on your budget. Events usually start at our Brussels central location or we can bring the cars to your starting point. The general format for the day is for guests to follow a hand-picked driving route and swap cars and drivers at regular rest stops. Lunch is usually provided. Within that general format we have considerable scope to adapt the day to suit your requirements. Every event is supported by Classic Club managers and support crew, including mechanics and spare vehicles.

We work with event management specialists to provide the complete package direct to clients - or we work as a supplier to event management companies. We can run a classic car corporate event anywhere in Europe. It will always be cheaper to start and end the event at our Belgian based location, because there will be no transport costs, but we have the facilities to smoothly and reliably transport any number of vehicles anywhere in Europe.

How much does it cost?
We quote every event on an individual basis. The cost is affected by the choice of vehicles, number of guests and starting location. As a guide, a 20-person event from 9am to around 5pm, starting from our location, will cost around €250 per person, including insurance and fuel.
