Why choose classic cars for your event?

Classic cars are great for an event because they enable 2 or more people to share the drive, with the car acting as a talking point that breaks down barriers. Colleagues or suppliers and customers get the opportunity to chat and interact during an activity that involves cars, scenery and great food.
How does it work?

Every corporate event we run is bespoke. But we make various recommendations on how to get the best out of each day. The choice of cars and length of route depends on your budget. Events usually start at our Brussels central location or we can bring the cars to your starting point. The general format for the day is for guests to follow a hand-picked driving route and swap cars and drivers at regular rest stops. Lunch is usually provided. Within that general format we have considerable scope to adapt the day to suit your requirements. Every event is supported by Classic Club managers and support crew, including mechanics and spare vehicles.
What experience does The Classic Club have?

For more than ten years, we have been working with clients and event management companies to provide bespoke corporate events involving classic cars. We have experience of events for 2 to 100 people at locations across Europe. We work with event management specialists to provide the complete package direct to clients - or we work as a supplier to event management companies. This experience means we have developed a management procedure for each event that ensures they run smoothly, to time and within budget.
Where can it be organised?

We can run a classic car corporate event anywhere in Europe. It will always be cheaper to start and end the event at our Belgian based location, because there will be no transport costs, but we have the facilities to smoothly and reliably transport any number of vehicles anywhere in Europe.
How much does it cost?

We quote every event on an individual basis. The cost is affected by the choice of vehicles, number of guests and starting location. As a guide, a 20-person event from 9am to around 5pm, starting from our location, will cost around €250 per person, including insurance and fuel.
